Dear Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation,

I'm going to just come right on out and say it: I created a delicious tasting donut that not only contains no calories, it has been proven in to burn calories after it has been consumed. You read this correctly - my donut contains 0 calories and it actually burns existing calories. It's the world's first diet donut. Did I mention the fact that it's also the most delicious tasting donut on the planet?

I've spent the past several years mixing and matching ingredients before I finally came up with just the right combination for my diet donut. I call the end result Donut Zero, for it has zero calories and the donut, of course, is in the shape of a zero.

Frankly, I don't care to go into the donut business - I have too many other inventions I would rather focus on. Making a living selling donuts just doesn't fascinate me - I would like to leave that up to you guys, as you've done quite a fabulous job for years. However, I would like to sell the recipe for Donut Zero to Krispy Kreme.

I'm very excited about this and I think you should be, too. I will have you know that I am extending this offer to you first. It crossed my mind to contact Dunkin' Donuts because I so love their Munchkins, but the Donut Zero more closely taste like a Krispy Kreme product, for nearly everyone knows that Krispy Kreme makes some of the most delicious donuts on Earth. I mentioned how delicious Donut Zero is, right? It would be a perfect fit.

So I will now leave it up to the Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation to act upon this proposal. I'm sure you are indeed interested, so I will leave it up to you to respond with a fair offer to purchase my Donut Zero recipe in writing. If I have not received a response within 30 days, I will be forced to extend the offer to one of your competitors.

 Sincerely,

 Barry Cuda
